Quantora Consulting LLC was born from a shared passion for precision and performance. In 2020, our founder—an experienced quantity surveyor with a background in large-scale infrastructure projects—saw an opportunity to bring truly client-centric consultancy to the market. Frustrated by “one-size-fits-all” approaches, they assembled a small team of specialists who each combine deep technical expertise (NEC & JCT contracts, BIM-driven cost models, programme analytics) with a collaborative mindset. From our first assignment—revitalizing a Midlands bridge upgrade—to advising on a multi-million-pound residential development in Dublin, we’ve grown organically by forging long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and tangible savings. We pride ourselves on being nimble: adopting cutting-edge digital tools to pre-empt delays, modeling “what-if” scenarios that protect budgets, and stepping in as mediators whenever disputes threaten progress.
